About the Role

You’ll lead agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. As Scrum Master, you’ll facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with delivery standards. A technical background—ideally in Salesforce—and strong communication skills are key. Experience in the solar or electricity sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure that the team adheres to the client’s project delivery methodology and standards.

• Collaborate with development teams to accurately estimate and plan work.

• Drive on time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables.

• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and technical issues with the team.

• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders and leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Hands-on experience in software development; Salesforce development experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering results on-time and on-budget.

• Technical aptitude to understand and assist in resolving software development challenges.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the rooftop solar industry.

• Familiarity with the electricity sector.

• Understanding of the U.S. electricity market is a strong plus.
