DATA ENGINEER with MICROSOFT FABRIC
Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric en Capgemini México
We are seeking a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric to join a dynamic team driving data innovation in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, has completed at least 1–2 projects, and demonstrates strong initiative and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure high data quality and consistency.

Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other engineers to deliver actionable insights.

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.

Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Fabric.

Proven delivery of 1–2 projects using Microsoft Fabric.

Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and integration.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the financial services or lending industry.

Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Synapse, Dataflows, and other Microsoft data tools.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
