About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong ability to analyze complex business problems, data, and processes to identify solutions and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities
– This BA will support client’s loan – servicing software. The role involves ensuring systems are configured correctly and addressing issues across new and existing products.
– Learn and understand client’s systems and loan processes quickly.
– Support product configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
– Perform hands-on testing (writing and executing test scenarios).
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
– Work on both new product launches and ongoing system improvements.
Required Qualifications
– SQL proficiency.
– Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
– Familiarity with general cloud knowledge.
– Analytical mindset – ability to diagnose, test, and validate systems and data.
– Excellent communication – able to explain detailed problem-solving steps clearly.
– Must be able to grasp concepts quickly, ask questions when unclear, and communicate precisely.
– Engaged, detailed, and curious, not just overseeing tasks.
